HŽ Infrastruktura d.o.o. is one hundred percent owned by the Republic of Croatia and is the railway manager infrastructure in the Republic of Croatia. As a company of strategic importance, it organizes and regulates railway transport, ensures access to and use of railway infrastructure, organizes public transport and transportation for own needs, maintains and modernizes the railway infrastructure and protects it, and invests in the construction of railway infrastructure.
